He feels that the believers should make every effort, in the
proper way and with discretion, to keep in contact with important people.... We
should make every effort to ensure that leaders of thought in public life are
not merely familiar with the name Bahá'í, but if possible stand in a cordial
relationship to some members of our Community, if not to the body of the Faith.
