He was happy to know that so many of the Persian Baha'is
have been able to migrate to Brazil; and hopes that they will make a special
point of settling in centers where they can easily, because of their numerical
strength, help form new Spiritual Assemblies, and thus broaden the foundation
upon which the future Regional Assembly for that area will be formed, and
eventually the National Assembly.
