'Abdu'l-Bahá and the Guardian progressively have revealed,
in accordance with divine inspiration, the meaning and implications of
Bahá'u'lláh's seminal teachings. Their interpretations are fundamental
statements of truth which cannot be varied through legislation by the Universal
House of Justice.
