Marriage is viewed by Bahá'u'lláh as a very sacred tie which
should under no circumstances be severed unless the reasons are very grave. He
hopes and will pray that you and your wife, as believers, will reconsider this
matter and do your utmost to live together in the service of the Cause you both
love so dearly.
